I've had very long hair for years (until a week ago) and struggled to find a conditioner or treatment that was thick enough to really get into my hair. This does. It leaves my hair shiney and feeling a lot nicer.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone with dry or damaged hair... probably not if you are prone to oilyness though. Highly moisturising.
